      Will the student care teachers help my child in their homework?

      Yes, our committed and qualified teachers provide homework and spelling 

      supervision. Our teachers will check your child’s homework daily & ensure the homework is completed at the centre before going home.

      We provide enrichment learning materials for your child to learn and practise , 

      while your child has no homework for the day.

      Yes, all our centres are fully air-conditioned.
      Yes, lunch and tea break will be served. All lunch meals are cooked & prepared in-house. Our meals and snacks are healthy & nutritiously delicious. Please inform us if your child has any food allergies.

      There are no additional fees imposed if your child attends the usual half-day session. 

      (i.e., from 1pm-7pm).
      There will be an additional charge of $5 per day if your child is attending a full-day session (7am-7pm). Breakfast will be provided for full-day session.

      Yes, all students are required to change into Kowabunga! attire in upon arrival at the centre. This is to create standardisation among students & also it is compulsory for the students to be in the centre’s attire if they are involved in the physical outdoor activities.

      For the 1st month of your child joining our centre, we will pro-rate the fees based on the total number of days your child attended the student care centre.
      No, we do not pro-rate fees.
      Our teachers will ensure that every child has gone home before leaving the centre at 7pm from Monday to Friday. However, there will be a late fee imposed if parents come after 7pm.
      Yes, we provide transport pick up from schools to our centres for the following schools namely Jurong Primary, Jurong West Primary, Frontier Primary, Westwood Primary and West Grove Primary.
      Yes, we provide transport home service as well. For the detail of the drop off points please contact with our staff via email or whatsapp.
      One-whole calendar month notice must be given along with a signed withdrawal form. Please note that all withdrawals will be done at the end of the following month (e.g., submitting the form on 19 August means your child’s last day at the centre would be 30 September).
